Description

Produced from an extremely pure alumina-silicate ceramic fiber
Available in plain and Drop Warp style (ladder tape or bolt hole tape)
An alternative to asbestos based textiles
Provides low thermal conductivity and good dielectric strength and features excellent corrosion resistance
Used at 2300°F / 1260°C continuously, molts above 3000°F / 1650℃
Available with a PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) to facilitate easy installation

Common applications for this tape include thermal insulation and/or protection of wires, cables, hoses, pipe and tube, as well as affording energy savings and personnel protection.
